6. What metal is used?
All metals are brass or plated brass unless stated otherwise in item's description. Each item has a description of the materials used. All chains are gold-filled.
Most ear hooks are surgical steel while some are stainless steel.
7. Will the jewelry turn?
Brass will eventually tanish but can be cleaned. Please refer to 'jewelry care' for how to clean brass jewelry and overall tips on how to care for your pieces over time.
Any plated pieces should not be worn in water because it will change the color and unlike brass, it can't be cleaned. Just re-plated.
8. Are returns accepted?
Yes, you have up to 14 days after you receive your item to make a return or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable and all costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.
9. Do you do repairs?
